Schedule: Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00 Days: Monday - Friday Assignment Details: Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0 Requirements: Valid license/certification as required for the role Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred Familiarity with EMR systems Roles & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to patients in need of rehabilitation services. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Monitor and document patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation techniques. Adhere to all facility policies and regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality. Compliance / Notes: Background checks and drug screenings may be required. Dress code and scrubs policies will be outlined upon hiring.
