Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday to Friday Weekend Rotation: Yes Assignment Details: Contract Weeks: 52 Guaranteed Hours: 0 Requirements: Must have valid nursing license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to individuals in a skilled nursing setting. Assist with rehabilitation activities and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Compliance / Notes: Background checks and drug screens are required. Must adhere to dress code and facility guidelines.
