Role Overview As a

Cabinet Maker , you will play a key role in the production of custom wood and metal pieces. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who values detail, enjoys working in a collaborative team, and has a passion for creating high-quality, one-of-a-kind items. You will work closely with our skilled team to assemble, finish, and perfect pieces that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly, finishing, and preparation of custom metal and wood pieces

Handle materials safely and efficiently to support production

Operate shop machinery and tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure shop safety

Conduct quality checks to ensure craftsmanship meets our high standards

Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and innovate on unique projects

Qualifications

Experience in fabrication or a similar hands-on role is a plus

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team

Physical stamina and comfort with hands-on work, including lifting and operating machinery

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Genuine interest in creativity, design, and custom fabrication
