Location: Clarksville, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6.5 hours a day (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM) | Tues - Thurs
Qualifications
Experience in collections/medical billing
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work independently
Maintain confidentiality
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances.
Contact clients regarding overdue payments.
Encourage a timely resolution of outstanding debts.
Process and post payments accurately.
Update account records.
Document collection activity.
