is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and subcontractors throughout the warranty process. This is a customer-focused, detail-driven role with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the main contact for assigned homeowners, builders, and subcontractors.
Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution.
Respond to inquiries within established timelines.
Schedule approved claims and coordinate subcontractors.
Document and track all activity accurately in company systems.
Maintain performance metrics related to response time, follow-up, and quality.
Communicate professionally, confidently, and empathetically.
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Residential warranty experience (warranty representative/coordinator, construction customer service rep).
Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools.
Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
