Route Service Rep (Courier)
Drives a vehicle to pick up, deliver, and properly store specimens and other materials with assigned route or on an as needed basis. Delivers client supplies and reports. Provides customer service to clients. Duties and responsibilities include the safe and timely transporting of specimens, supplies, equipment, and materials to the appropriate destination. Operates a company vehicle safely between laboratory, suppliers, and clients. Plans daily route by following the route pickup list while allowing for stops and special pickups. Reports to dispatch for route pickup list and receives items needed to route, i.e., radio, keys, etc. along with any special pickup instructions. Maintains records of each specimen collected each day. Provides appropriate client satisfaction information to Logistics Management and sales. Other duties as defined by the supervisor. Education preferred: High School degree or GED equivalency Work experience: 1-3 years, preferably in a customer service or delivery related job Other: Communication skills. Clean driving record; Valid Drivers License 3:30pm - 11:00pm No Benefits
