State Farm Independent Contractor Agent

Responsibilities Set appointments for Agent and Team Members Assist walk in customers in our lobby Answer phones and take payments/answer questions/policy changes Use our texting app to text customers for reviews Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
