
Senior Collections Specialist

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist.
Responsibilities
High-volume B2B collections role supporting restaurant accounts
Make 30+ outbound calls per day and follow up consistently via email
Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancies
Work from a summary-level AR portfolio (500-line level)
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity
Requirements
Proven collections experience in a high-volume environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to push for payment
Comfortable being assertive and persistent
Experience with B2B collections
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus)
Tenured, go-getter mentality who helps drive team performance
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
The role is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
