Responsibilities
Offer insurance products to new and existing customers
Participate in ongoing customer campaigns to provide insurance options
Verify insurance coverage for dealership customers
Provide customer service, including but not limited to helping customers with payment issues, providing necessary insurance information to customers, helping customers file insurance claims, and contacting customers for insurance renewals
Assist in calculating quotes and obtain underwriting approval
Explain policy details to clients and assess any changing needs on a regular basis
