Operations Coordinator - Trade Shows & CRM (Part-Time)

The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational needs of the sales and customer support teams, coordinating trade shows, maintaining CRM data accuracy, supporting operational processes, and assisting with cross‑functional projects that help the business run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistics for trade shows (booking, vendors, travel, materials)

Manage pre‑show prep and post‑show wrap‑up

Upload and organize leads in Zoho CRM

Send follow‑up emails and set sales activities

Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM

Assist with shipping and order fulfillment (separate days)

Help receive and prep inventory (labeling, light assembly)

Provide light customer support backup (route calls, take messages)

Document workflows and SOPs

Support organization of internal processes

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Positive attitude and willingness to support various operational needs
