
Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing call center duties to support assigned tasks requiring call center or survey assistance. Additional responsibilities include conducting surveys as needed based on specified contract and contractual requirements. Work is contingent upon contract needs and continues until completion or termination of the assigned task. Employment of contingent associates is unfixed, and they shall receive only those benefits statutorily required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for placing outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conducting interviews using pre-scripted interview tools and for appropriate and timely intake and disposition of returned calls.
Accurately complete the survey for each assigned target and enter accurate results into the survey collection instrument.
Consistently meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
Perform general duties such as filing, electronic faxing, telephone use, and data entry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
Detail-oriented with accurate typing and data entry skills.
Good communication skills – able to speak clearly, articulate and professionally in positive or negative situations.
Meet productivity standards including data entry, accuracy, and complete work in a timely manner.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Can work in a shared work environment and wear a headset.
Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Job duties are not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Occasionally required to lift light objects up to 25 pounds.
