Hourly Rate $16.00/ Hour

Reports to LM/BT Office Manager and General Manager

Direct Reports None

Schedule

40‑hour work week

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at the Lawn Master Waxahachie Office

Possibly occasional weekends during the busy season, with manager approval

Primary Responsibilities

Manage daily flow of incoming leads for multiple product channels.

Call new leads to answer questions, gauge their interest, and determine lead viability.

Follow conversation scripts to scrub leads and steer them in the right direction.

Assign leads to the appropriate Territory Managers in Salesforce.

Respond to incoming phone calls via LM office’s phone etiquette SOPs.

Assist with office tasks including material and literature shipments, data entry, and order processing as directed by the Office Manager.

Interact with in‑person lumber desk customers while inside sales managers are occupied.

Other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Office Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications And Applicable Skills

GED or High School Diploma

Professional appearance

Professional work ethic and time management skills

Warm and engaging conversational skills

Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls

Ability to multitask while staying on track

Computer software literacy
