Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team at AI. As the Marketing Intern, you will support marketing-related functions across the Associations International team. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, capturing data, attending meetings, utilizing social media, and reviewing trends. You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands‑on experience in tasks such as conference shipments, data management, and shadowing various roles. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns to promote the benefits of our client partners
Help with the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Conduct market research
Collaborate with Executive Directors to support their initiatives and projects
Support marketing efforts through work in administrative tasks
Collaborate across the organization with other marketing professionals to best understand organizational needs and market effectively for a client association
Assist in organizing promotional events and/or digital campaigns
Attend meetings as requested by leadership
Perform research on behalf of client associations
Update social media accounts
Create images using marketing software such as Canva or Photoshop
Shadow roles across the team to learn about the organization
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, communications, or a related field
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop preferred
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. preferred
