In addition to private label offerings, we have also seen success with our own brands –most notably with the retail distribution of ourembeOrganic and Coral Bay lines in the Retail, FoodServiceand Ingredient Channels throughout the US. We are growing fast and we are seeking anadditionaljuniorassistant brand manager to help lead exciting new initiatives.

Position Overview We areseekinga highly motivated,strategicand detail-oriented Junior

Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of brand strategies, innovation, and marketing activities across four brands, targeting both the B2B and B2C markets . The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and multifunctional leadership abilities, capable of working across teams to drive brand growth, analyze business performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role reports directly to the head of marketing.

Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution

Assistin developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance market positioning across four distinct brands.

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, retail, and experiential marketing.

Manage both B2B and B2C marketing strategies , ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement across multiple audiences, including retail, foodserviceand ingredient channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, QA, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with businessobjectives.

Omnichannel Strategy & Digital Commerce

Supportthe development and growth of the omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across all platforms.

SupportDirect-to-Consumer (DTC) websites,optimizinguser experience, content, and conversion rates.

Manage and enhance Amazon storefronts and Walmart Marketplace,optimizingproduct listings, pricing, and retail media strategies.

Collaborate with agencies and multifunctional teams to implement strategies that drive online traffic, sales, and customer retention.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels,leveraginginsights to improve online brand presence and sales performance.

Business & Consumer Insights

Analyze Circana (formerly IRI/Nielsen) data to assess market trends, category performance, and competitive positioning.

Leverage consumer reviews, feedback, and sentiment analysis to refine brand messaging and product development strategies.

Monitor consumer behavior and competitor activity to refine brand strategies.

Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and make data-driven recommendations.

Product Innovation, Packaging & Regulatory Compliance

Supportthe product innovation value proposition and go to market plan of a specific initiative

Create packaging design briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

Work closely with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all packaging and marketing materialscomply withindustry regulations.

Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches whilemaintainingcompliance with labeling, ingredient disclosures, and safety standards.

Sales, B2B Support for 4 brands, Retail, FoodServiceand Ingredient Channels

Develop sales materials, and presentations to support both B2B and B2C sales teams.

Collaborate with our sales team,retailersand distributors to drive in-store and online brand visibility.

Monitor retail performance and suggest strategies to enhance productsell-through.

Strengthen B2B partnerships, providing marketing support to wholesale and distribution channels.

Multifunctional Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance toexecute brand initiatives successfully.

Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across departments.

Budget & Project Management

Assistin managing budgets for marketing and brand initiatives.

Ensuretimelyexecution of projects withinallocatedresources.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, ora relatedfield.

Strong multifunctional leadership and project management skills.

Strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

While notrequired,an added plusis experience in:

Consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or retail.

Leveraging consumer reviews and feedback to drive product and brand strategies.

Omnichannel marketing and eCommerceexpertise, including managing DTC websites, Amazon storefronts, and Walmart Marketplace.
