Collections Specialist
EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with clients to resolve billing issues while protecting company cash flow. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts Contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on past-due invoices Negotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriate Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments Update customer records and document communications in the CRM/ERP system Generate aging reports and monitor account status Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
