
Residential Electrician Helper

IES Residential is currently seeking a Residential Electrician Rougher in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities
Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes and other electrical components.
Hot check trouble shoot.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.
Minimum Education None
Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 years
Specific Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background and drug test.
Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
