Hybrid Non-exempt, 37.5 hour work week Job Purpose & Position Overview Panorama Insurance Associates continues to grow rapidly as an innovative organization committed to creating opportunities for both employees and affiliates. The Commercial Lines Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client service by ensuring efficient processing, accurate documentation, and reliable administrative support to the Account Management team. This position enhances overall service quality by managing core service tasks, assisting with client communication, and maintaining organized, high-quality recordsall while upholding Panorama's values and dedication to covering our clients from every angle. Responsibilities of a Commercial Lines Assistant: Service Processing & Documentation Efficiently process insurance certification requests and ID cards. Confidently and independently prepare and distribute renewals, endorsements, cancellation notices, audit letters, LPRs, and other client communications. Send renewal questionnaires to clients on behalf of the Account Manager. Process First Report of Claims and submit them to carriers promptly. Retrieve documents from carrier websites to support Account Managers Enter client information and upload relevant attachments into the appropriate systems. Accurately document all activities, notes, and transactions in the agency management system. Client & Account Support Respond to client inquiries, including billing and claims questions, as directed by the Account Manager. Verify the accuracy of all submissions by reviewing headings, carrier information, renewal dates, and premiums prior to final processing. Represent Panorama in a positive, ethical, and professional manner in all interactionsby phone, virtually, in writing, and in person. Teamwork & Adaptability Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing collaboration with independent work. Demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, initiative, and a proactive mindset. Support departmental needs as required; responsibilities may be modified or expanded at any time with or without notice. Qualifications for a Commercial Lines Assistant: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain a state insurance license within one year of hire.
