Role Overview

5 days on site in Tampa, FL
Monday-Friday 9-5pm
We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant professional to support loan processing from approval through closing and servicing.
Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle
Manage deal flow and coordinate timely closings with Relationship Managers
Review and prepare closing documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Support funding, booking, and ongoing loan servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)
Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; nCino or similar systems preferred
Preferred
Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loans
