Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide essential support to our sales team and ensure seamless operations that contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining customer records. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information, pricing, and availability as needed. Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and recommending strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Manage and maintain CRM database, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and up to date. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure sales collateral and promotional materials are current and readily available. Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to extended warranty sales, coverage, and pricing. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience/Skills/Education: Required: High school diploma or GED required. Proven experience as a Sales Support Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Base Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
