Job Summary: Timely and accurately complete the daily functions associated with booking new, renewed, and modified loans to the appropriate loan accounting system. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently onboard all new and modified commercial loans, business banking loans, corporate syndicated loans, real estate loans, construction loans, letters of credit, and consumer loans to the appropriate core loan accounting system. Review all executed loan documents and approvals to ensure timely funding of all new and modified loans. Responsible for accurate posting of all loan fees to loan accounting system. Responsible for reviewing and setting up all loan specific collateral and insurance records in the proper loan accounting system. Work with portfolio, client service, and relationship managers in gathering all the necessary documents and information to ensure the accurate onboarding of all loan types. Adhere to the agreed upon SLAs from the quality control team for loan boarding questions and errors. Participate in testing of boarding processes in loan accounting systems during annual releases and system upgrades. Maintain a basic knowledge of the various core systems to understand the impact of various field values. Perform various departmental administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining storage records. Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customers/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to appropriate person to establish business relationships. Other duties as assigned. Physical and Sensory Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Understand and communicate instructions both in writing and verbally. Education, Training and Experience: College degree, preferred, in accounting, finance, or related field preferred or comparable experience in an operations, accounting, or finance role. Ability to analyze multiple pieces of data and formulate a sound conclusion. Possess strong work habits, attention to detail, and ability to work on a team. Demonstrates friendly, positive attitude, self-motivator. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and accounting skills. Ability to multi-task with an excellent degree of versatility and flexibility. Work Schedule: Current job schedule is a 40-hour work week.
