Entry Level Technical Recruiter
Location: Pleasanton, CA Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent Position Duties
Identify and screen applicants for current openings using various recruiting search engines and networking. Create a database of qualified candidates Attend job fairs and network through sites like LinkedIn Manage clients / accounts develop recruiting strategies Negotiate salaries and work with HR for onboarding. Work in a team environment Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work outside standard business hours. Preference for candidates with an interest in Information Technology recruiting and account management. Full-time Position offers a competitive base salary along with incentives and benefits.
