Overview
Navy Federal's Employee Relations Branch plays a vital role in linking employees and their leaders to Navy Federal's culture, company policies, and helps to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local workplace employment and disability laws. The Employee Relations Branch is comprised of three teams, the Employee Relations Team, Business Optimization Team, and Medical Accommodations Team.

Responsibilities

Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (minimum of 20–25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
