Saint Paul's Outreach (SPO) is looking for an
Alumni Relations Coordinator
who is passionate about relationships, mission, and storytelling to help reconnect and mobilize SPO’s growing network of alumni as they live out the call to discipleship in parishes, families, professions, and communities around the world.
As the Alumni Relations Coordinator, you will help
build a thriving alumni community , reconnecting past Missionaries and students to one another and to the ongoing mission of SPO. You'll work closely with Mission, Marketing, and Advancement teams to create meaningful opportunities for alumni to stay engaged, grow spiritually, and continue impacting the Church.

Key Responsibilities Build and Engage SPO's Alumni Network
Help develop and execute a strategy that fosters a strong, unified SPO alumni identity across generations
Reconnect with alumni nationwide and maintain a healthy, accurate alumni database
Coordinate local and national alumni events and support volunteer‑led initiatives
Lead annual engagement efforts (e.g., senior gifts, vocation gifts)
Drive Communication and Connection
Strengthen alumni identity among current missionaries and participants
Support alumni communications across email, social media, and web
Help create formation content (including video and digital resources)
Share stories of impact to inspire deeper connection with SPO’s mission
Partner with Advancement to invite alumni into ongoing financial support
Mission Partner Development (Fundraising)
Invite others to invest in SPO through prayer and financial partnership
Build and steward relationships with mission partners through regular communication
Connect donors to the mission through stories, updates, and events
