Online training built by Victory Lap’s Founder and CEO, a highly sought after sales trainer and advisor.

Online courses are focused on practical skills utilized day to day in SDR and AE roles

A 3-6 month residency program where you'll train alongside experienced coaches and build real, practical sales skills

A clear path to Senior SDR or Account Executive as you prove yourself

About the Role You'll be joining a Sales Development team at the forefront of how modern businesses manage their operations. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious, strategically minded, and motivated to connect great solutions with the companies that need them most.

Day to day, you'll be reaching out to decision‑makers via phone, email, social, and even in‑person events - building relationships, uncovering needs, and opening doors for the Account Executive team. Your work directly fuels the pipeline that drives the business forward.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree -

Bonus : at least one year of professional experience (full‑time, part‑time, or internship) - OR two or more years of work experience without a degree

Background in prospecting, inside sales, business development, marketing, direct sales, or tech consulting is a plus

What We’re Looking For

Self‑motivated, tenacious, and hungry to prove yourself

Comfortable holding your own in executive‑level conversations

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a high volume of outreach

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a bonus - but we'll train you
