This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service/Sales Representative located in Norcross, GA.
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at Vine Disposal, you will be proactive, persistent, and persuasive—someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and making them feel valued. We're looking for team members who are passionate about what they do and eager to contribute.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Engage in conversations and understand customer needs.
Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Experience in the industry is a plus
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field (preferred)
