Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jamestown, NY, for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver outstanding support to customers by addressing their inquiries, scheduling service requests, providing information about products and services, and maintaining accurate records. The representative will engage directly with customers to resolve concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining professionalism in all interactions will be crucial to success in this role.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Customer Support and creating positive Customer Experiences
Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries with clear and professional communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with scheduling systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
Prior experience in the water services or construction industry is an advantage but not required
