
Order Fulfillment Specialist

Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview In this role, you will coordinate sales order fulfillment, equipment preparation, and customer delivery while working closely with the sales team and clients. You will also support inventory management operations, receiving, warehouse organization, and customer registration processes.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and excited to contribute to a high‑performance team in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment. Must have technical aptitude and experience working with software and operating system updates.
Key Responsibilities
Support fulfillment of client sales orders and e‑commerce orders.
Perform quality control and assurance testing prior to order completion.
Perform inventory cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments to ensure product quality.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Assist with various operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Strong technical aptitude and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of shipping, receiving, and order‑fulfillment processes.
College degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience in the geospatial industry or familiarity with Trimble solutions is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Work Schedule, Salary & Benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
Benefits include:
15 paid vacation days in the first year; 20 days after 5 years
5 paid sick days annually
