Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the ERP system.
Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, and lead times, often coordinating with production and sales.
Provide real-time updates on order status, production schedules, and shipping information to customers.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery discrepancies, or service issues.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Facilitate basic technical support inquiries, escalating complex product-related issues to engineering or quality teams.
Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and order documentation within the CRM or ERP system.

Proven experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
