Content Creator Intern

who lives and breathes internet culture. If this is you, you can hop in front of a camera without flinching. You’ll create content across two lanes: NBB’s Owned Media: We have an audience of 200,000+ across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and it’s growing. You’ll contribute content to our owned channels, helping build the NBB brand as a destination for marketers who want distribution that doesn’t suck. Your Personal Brand: We want you building your own audience while you’re here. Post daily. Rep NBB. Show the world what you can do. This isn’t just encouraged, it’s part of the job. What You’ll Do: Content Production

Produce meme content using industry tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits App, and others) Film, script, and edit skit content, from concept to final delivery Write clever, platform‑native scripts across multiple niches and brand voices Deliver content in correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and platform specs Act as talent – lead roles, supporting characters, and background when needed Creative Collaboration

Execute content strategy briefs and bring vision to life Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and async feedback threads Proactively pitch meme angles, skit hooks, and new content formats based on performance trends Synthesize and implement feedback accurately, fast Who You Are: Natural on camera: you don’t need a warm‑up, you just go Genuinely funny: not trying‑to‑be‑funny funny, actually funny Chronically online: you understand meme cycles, trending formats, and platform culture intuitively Ego‑free: bad ideas die fast here, and that’s a feature, not a bug Reliable: deadlines are real, clients are real, and your word means something Creative under constraint: briefs aren’t ceilings, they’re starting points Technically capable: you know your way around CapCut, Edits App, or can learn fast What Success Looks Like: Consistently delivers content on time and on brief Can execute existing formats without hand‑holding Shows clear on‑camera improvement and growing confidence Implements feedback accurately on the first revision Actively contributes ideas in brainstorms – not just reacting, but initiating and forward‑thinking Why NBB: Work directly with Founder Aidan Brannigan – not layers of management Your creativity has a direct line to real revenue and real brand outcomes You’ll build your personal brand as part of your job description Early team = real impact in driving the culture and direction of the company 460% revenue growth YoY – we’re not figuring out if this works, we’re scaling what works Compensation:
