Department General Services

Job Summary The CSR will work independently to manage the day‑to‑day administration of the building’s main phones. They will assist clients, visitors, and community members with assistance, assist co‑workers with meeting space requests, and coordinate and interact with a wide variety of organizations—including the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and other Native American Tribes—on a variety of issues and circumstances.

Compensation $17.09 per hour.

Minimum Required Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum Related Experience

Six (6) months of experience working in an office environment.

Six (6) months of experience maintaining confidentiality.

Six (6) months of experience managing multiple phone lines.

Six (6) months of experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

CPR/First Aid Certificate. Ten (90) days to obtain.

Employment contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.

Terms of Employment This is a regular full‑time position.
