At CEC Entertainment, dba Chuck E. Cheese, we are hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to support General Managers in driving revenue through local restaurant marketing programs within a defined territory.
Compensation Details Commission Details
Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
Job Description The Field Marketing Specialist will assist General Managers with local restaurant marketing programs and is responsible for driving new sales through in‑person meetings, phone calls, and electronic mail. The primary focus is on community partnerships and local schools, with a sales‑focused and self‑motivated approach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creates and maintains a contact list for potential fundraisers, group events, and community partners within their defined district.
Builds and enhances relationships with lead organizers in schools and organizations to present Chuck E. Cheese programs and fundraising opportunities.
Coordinates planning and execution of fundraising events through effective communication with Managers and the organizing entities.
Meets and exceeds sales goals each period by supporting General Managers with established local marketing programs (tours, school pizzas, fundraising, incentive awards, local marketing activities, etc.).
Communicates field activity on a weekly basis to District Manager, General Manager, and Support Center Marketing Manager.
Assists Managers in maintaining all approved field marketing systems and materials.
Leads marketing training sessions in district restaurants with employees responsible for marketing functions.

High school diploma or GED; a marketing degree or coursework preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of related corporate sales and/or fundraising experience.
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant, hotel, or retail experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
