Candidates should have an associate degree and be team-orientated, organized and attentive with the ability to manage customer accounts and resolve concerns. Excellent attention to detail Position Requirements: Hablante bilingue requerido Proficient with Windows operating systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 1 year Customer Service experience Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Reliable transportation 40 words typing per minute minimum Requirements: Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: Associates Degree.
