Inbound Call Center Agent (FT)

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Function

The Customer Service Representative performs office duties of answering all incoming service telephone calls. Responsibilities

Promptly answers incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinates simultaneously mental, manual, and visual activities when talking on the telephone and using the computer. Promptly contacts Dispatchers to coordinate transportation service. Conducts self in accordance with HIPAA guidelines/regulations. Handles and promptly resolve client complaints. Other office duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Must have the ability to work effectively and professionally with a diverse group of persons. Ability to speak English clearly and precisely.
