PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a

Call Center Representative

who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—resolving issues, providing guidance, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and satisfaction. Your work will directly support homeowners, dealers, and partners by keeping critical systems and services running smoothly.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast-paced environment

Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions

Troubleshoot remote access and connectivity issues, particularly with thermostats and connected devices

Assist customers with mobile app navigation, including login support, account setup, and device registration

Provide guidance on software updates, app changes, and product functionality

Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and ensuring timely resolution

Generate sales leads and support customer service team targets and call handling goals

Build strong, lasting customer relationships through clear and engaging communication

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Act as a central point of contact, directing customers to the appropriate departments or dealer/distributor partners

Provide warranty information, product comparisons, and dealer referrals as needed

Go above and beyond to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience

What You Bring Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem‑solving

Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems/tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow processes, policies, and guidelines consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Previous call center or customer service experience

Experience supporting technical products, mobile apps, or connected devices

Familiarity with HVAC systems or related industry experience

Sales or lead generation experience

Experience troubleshooting basic connectivity or software issues

Pay Details:

$21.50 per hour
