Bargreen Ellingson is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist . This position will be based at our
Boise
branch. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will support the territory sales team to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues will make you successful in this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answering customer inquiries, tracking orders, and following up with customers about their order status.
Developing support relationships with sales representatives.
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions.
Perform other responsibilities as directed.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent teamwork, motivation, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Experience with Infor/M3 is a plus.
