Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, assisting in member check-ins, facilitating member services issues, and maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Essential Behavior Requirements: Customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication. Minimum Qualifications: Honesty, good work ethic, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands: Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift, and ability to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
