Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
Majority of work no nights or weekends
Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Required Qualifications
Active driver's license
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification
Documentation of prior employment
Physical ability to meet job requirements
High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
