We are a growing Multi‑Family management company seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Renewals Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a positive, reliable team player who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment and brings strong administrative and communication skills to support our property management operations. Previous experience with Section 8 renewals is required.

Position Summary The Property Management Assistant will provide administrative support for multiple properties and assist with daily operational responsibilities. This role involves coordinating with Property Managers, overseeing reports, and supporting critical functions such as renewals, collections, and general resident follow‑up. Prior Property Management experience is required. Bilingual fluency is a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities

Assist with entering

lease renewal proposals ,

oversight of the renewals inbox , and other property management tasks

Oversee and maintain property reports

for assigned communities

Follow up with on‑site Property Managers regarding outstanding items or action steps

Help ensure compliance with company policies and property management procedures

Support communication with residents as needed

Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain professional interactions with staff and residents

Qualifications

Prior Property Management experience is required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a

fast‑paced office setting

Proficient with general computer applications and management software

Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
