Overview
We are looking to hire an Intern as a Fleet Marketing Intern for our Marketing team, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible as Logistic Intern- Fleet Operations and will support the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and administrative management of company fleet vehicles. This role provides hands-on exposure to transportation coordination and cross-functional communication with internal departments and external vendors. The intern will assist in ensuring fleet availability, timely vehicle movement, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and operational deadlines. Assist in tracking fleet vehicles, including location, status, and availability. Support coordination of vehicle deliveries, returns, transfers, and lease expirations. Maintain and update fleet management systems and internal tracking tools. Coordinate with transportation providers and internal departments regarding vehicle movements. Monitor deadlines related to shipping, events, and vehicle assignments. Assist with reporting and data analysis related to fleet utilization and operational performance. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team Qualifications
The following qualifications apply to this internship: Currently a student or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Required skills include: strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required), strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and an interest in automotive sector preferred.
