About Our Property THesis Hotel Miami is a distinguished property located in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. It features 245 stylish guest rooms and 15,432 sq ft of versatile meeting space, and hosts a wide range of hospitality roles, including sales and marketing.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and set up calls with the Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
Send packages and answer general questions.
Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate.
Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary.
Update the sales system with actuals after completion of events.
Send out thank‑you cards/emails.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred prior hotel or resort experience.
Strong desire to make an impact on others.
Outgoing and engaging personality.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
Compensation $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors including skill set, years of experience, certifications, and local labor market conditions.
