Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing a cohesive content strategy, overseeing content development, and crafting engaging video and written materials. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the company’s branding and goals, creating and maintaining content calendars, and analyzing content performance to inform future strategies. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to delivering high‑quality content.
Qualifications
Expertise in Content Strategy and Content Management
Experience in Content Development and Video Content
Strong Writing and storytelling skills
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and relevant tools
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Knowledge of real estate or investment industries is a plus
