Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering positive Customer Satisfaction
Experience in resolving inquiries and managing Customer Experience effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in basic computer and administrative tasks
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in customer‑facing roles and utility services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
