
Customer Service Representative

Onsite position at 707 S Grady Way, Suite 400, Renton, WA 98057.
This role requires a unique skill set focused on customer service support for members, consumers, and providers. You will handle direct phone-based interactions, answering and resolving a wide variety of questions while providing exceptional experience to 20-90 callers per day.
This full‑time position (40 hours/week) runs Monday – Friday. Employees must be able to work any of the 8‑hour shifts during 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PST and may be required to work occasional overtime. Training is provided on‑the‑job and hours can be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls from consumers and providers and identify the type of assistance needed.
Ask proper questions and listen actively to uncover specific queries or issues while documenting required information in the computer system.
Contact pharmacy locations on behalf of consumers to assist with billing‑related questions.
Assist consumers in navigating the Genoa Healthcare website, encouraging and reassuring them to become self‑sufficient with our tools.
Research complex issues across multiple databases and resource pools to resolve consumer questions or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
Demonstrate understanding of internal and external factors that may drive caller questions or issues.
Identify underlying questions or issues by asking appropriate questions and listening actively.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
1 + year of Customer Service Representative experience or a comparable office, call center, or phone support role.
6 + months of experience in a call‑center customer service environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new complex applications.
Complete the company’s Customer Service training and achieve proficiency.
Located within 30 miles of 707 S Grady Way, Suite 400, Renton, WA 98057.
Ability to work on‑site during normal business hours of 6:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour, based on full‑time employment, and is determined by market, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, an equity stock purchase plan, and a 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
