Production Coordinator for the DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. Support role for producing live concert events. Assisting the production manager with the process of advancing and producing shows in our region. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Produce the role of Production Coordinator for the DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. Assist the Production Manager with administrative and logistical show and event production tasks. Coordinate and manage personnel, including runners, catering assistants, and backstage assistants. Manage petty cash distribution, reconciliation, and company card usage. Coordinate local ground transportation. Maintain and submit casual labor timesheets. Coordinate limited aspects of food and beverage with local/touring caterers. Assist with any other aspect of show production, such as show pass and guest list distribution. Assist with artist/tour needs and requests. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Calm, professional and customer‑service oriented. Prior production experience in the live entertainment industry. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited information. Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Must possess a functional laptop. Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Flexible schedule with the ability to adjust depending on the needs of the show. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and late hours. Good time‑management skills and punctuality. Positive, driven attitude; team player with strong situational awareness. Knowledge of the region to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, and services. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times. 21 years of age or older. Preferred
2 years or more of experience in a similar role or knowledge of stage/touring operations. Ability to work long shifts – show days can be 18+ hours long. Tolerance for moderate to loud noise levels.
