Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a \" Customer Support Representative\" for our leading client.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to farm operators and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel to poultry farm sites to troubleshoot and maintain hardware installed on feed silos, poultry houses, and other farm infrastructure.
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues within defined timelines.
Troubleshoot and manage on-site hardware devices including Mini PCs, Intel RealSense depth cameras (D455), TAPO cameras, and thermal cameras.
Perform physical tasks such as disabling Secure Boot via BIOS, reconnecting cables, adjusting camera angles on silos and ceilings, and verifying device functionality.
Coordinate with remote engineering teams to verify camera feeds, diagnose connectivity issues, and confirm fixes after on-site interventions.
Follow step-by-step technical guidelines for device setup, reboot procedures, and camera configuration.

Proactively learn and utilize company dashboards, tools, and monitoring systems.
Maintain professional communication standards across all channels.
Equipment & Tools You’ll Work With
Mini PCs (HP) – Installed on feed silos; BIOS configuration, reboots, Secure Boot management.
Intel RealSense D455 Depth Cameras – Mounted on silos; USB connectivity, stereo module & RGB verification.
TAPO Cameras – Installed in poultry houses; power checks, Wi-Fi signal troubleshooting, factory resets.
Thermal Cameras – Mounted in poultry houses; ceiling visibility adjustments and angle corrections.
Peripherals – HDMI monitors, USB keyboards & mice for on-site BIOS access.
Qualifications & Experience
Basic knowledge of computers and networking fundamentals.
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
Familiarity with Linux terminal commands (e.g., lsusb, modprobe) is a plus.
Basic understanding of electrical work and hardware setup.
Fluency in English (speaking Urdu is preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel to farm locations in Maryland and surrounding areas as needed.
Comfortable working in outdoor/farm environments, including near feed silos and poultry houses.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and on-site requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills
