Responsibilities
Deliver professional and courteous customer service via phone and email
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with placing and tracking orders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product inquiries
Accurately enter customer data and order details into internal systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Assist with measuring and verifying product dimensions—strong math skills required
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers and measurements (basic math proficiency is a must)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications
