Customer Service Representative
LHH is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client. The customer service representative is responsible for supporting customers primarily through email communication, with occasional phone interactions as needed. This role also handles invoice submission and administrative tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment while balancing customer service and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email, with occasional phone communication as needed Provide professional, timely, and accurate customer support regarding orders, invoices, and account questions Prepare, submit, and track customer invoices while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, perform VLOOKUPs, and support reporting or reconciliation tasks Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence within internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, invoice issues, or customer concerns Support general administrative and customer service tasks as assigned Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally via email Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUPs High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with invoicing and data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Pay/Benefits
Pay $22/hr - $33/hr depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
