The Large Format Print and Production Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and workflow management of large format printing equipment, while also supporting manufacturing operations related to acoustic foam production. This role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work across both digital print and hands-on production environments. Key Responsibilities:
Operate large format printers Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of large format printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality. Operate RIP software and Adobe Illustrator to prepare, adjust, and set up print-ready files. Monitor print production for color accuracy, alignment, and material quality control. Collaborate with project managers, sales reps, and production team members. Troubleshoot minor equipment and file issues to minimize downtime. Assist in the manufacturing, fabrication, and finishing of acoustic foam products when not operating the Printer. Support workflow efficiency across print and production departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years experience in signage, vinyl, or large format print production. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and basic file setup for print production. Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and quality control is a must. Ability to multitask between digital and physical production tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required. ISO, LEAN or other quality system experience are a plus. Benefits:

Text to Apply: Text: Prtop26 to 602-900-9296 The Large Format Print & Production Technician must demonstrate cognitive ability to, follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, exhibit spatial awareness, read words and numbers, concentrate, memorize, and recall, identify logical connections and determine sequence of response and process up to 2-3 steps ahead. Ability to attend work on a regular, predictable and consistent basis and to commute to and from work safely and arrive at work on time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to UV curable ink, airborne particulates, moving mechanical parts and vibrations. The noise level can be loud at times. Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This position involves a variety of repetitive processes such as insertion of materials, alignment by hand and rotating fixtures by hand. The position also involves sitting, talking and, hearing throughout the day. The employee must also be able to safely lift up to 49 pounds or less repeatedly during the 8-10hour shift.
