Customer Service Representative

At Clancy Brothers Pest Control, you'll play a key role in operations, customer experience, and team coordinationnot just basic customer service. What You'll Do: Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling & service questions. Review and release daily work orders with strong attention to detail. Support technicians with routing, updates, and real-time communication. Create follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed. Assist with collections (texts, emails, and calls). Maintain accurate notes, records, and internal systems. Help improve workflows and daily operations. What We're Looking For: Experience in customer service, admin, or office roles. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills (phone + written). Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems. Problem-solver who takes initiative. Bonus Points If You Have: Scheduling or dispatching experience. Pest control, home service, or field-service background.
