Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to assess landscaping and hardscaping needs Present design solutions and project estimates in a clear, confident manner Guide clients from first contact through contract signing with professionalism and care Follow up on company-provided leads; self-generated leads are welcomed and rewarded Maintain a strong closing rate and consistently exceed monthly sales goals Use CRM and basic digital tools to manage client information and pipeline tracking Qualifications
Proven experience in sales
especially in landscaping, hardscape remodeling, or construction Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivated, organized, and focused on results Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and closing deals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Basic computer skills; CRM or digital workflow tool experience a plus Benefits
Highest commission structure in San Diego County for this industry Most current team members earn $100K+ annually Pre-qualified inbound leads provided
